Hi All, I have requested Pune as a permanent location but HR denied that it's not a strategic location for my assigned project. Later he asked me to join 1st in Noida for the initial few days and later they will give me wfh and will call noida one week in 2-3 Months .

Can I trust him as there is no written communication? Also what if I swipe my I'd card from the Pune office, will that be an issue in terms of compliance?

How does approval process usually work with rolex ADs? I have a purchase history with a current AD and been on a waitlist for a while. Got a msg saying they have one in system and waiting to get approval to sell me one, but no promises. Does this mean I am likely to get one soon?

Would take 3-4 years to get to this level of comp as would be buying 10% per year up to 40% of the firm. Am I stupid for not taking this? Currently manager making 125k. Comp first year as junior partner would be 120k with 10% ownership.
