I need your advice. I am trying to switch jobs, so in Naukri I mentioned 15 days or less notice. I am getting daily calls, but recruiters ask if I am already serving my notice period. When I say no, but I can try for an early release, they say no and end the call.
This is happening with almost every call. What should I do? My actual notice period is 90 days.

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. Will it look good on my resume?

I selected new tax regime in the company 'xyz' portal for April 2021-March 2022. I left this company in jan 2022 and tax of 16k got deducted from F&F settlement.

I have investment in EPF and submitted the rent receipts to the company for tax exception for HRA. But in F&F, based on new regime tax deducted.

During filing ITR for assessment year 2022-2023, can I file by selecting old regime and get this 16k return?
