I really need your help here. I went through interviews for CGI. The role is for trading solutions. The JD mentions Associate Consultant but the offer contains designation Lead Business Analyst.

Can you please help me with the grade, hierarchy, band levels please? I am not being given a clear picture. Is Associate consultant a grade higher or Lead BA? Are both IC roles? Or one is a mix of IC and people role?

Anyone move over to a portco role at a more senior level? Positive or negative experience?

Typical exit ops for M&A operational due diligence?

What are the Top MBAs outside of M7 to land an MBB role?

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

I've been offered a position at TCS with package of 10LPA and current ctc is 8+ 2lpa(retention bonus)

I've written an email to TCS for increasing the compensation, can i get a better offer from them? And if yes how should proceed
