I received an offer letter from EPAM Anywhere today.

as per my understanding I will receive only fixed compensation of 50k until I get my first project assignment right?

guys, what you suggest should I accept the offer? after viewing the comments here I am worried.

If I get only 50k after joining, it will be huge loss.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.
