Hi All. I recently cleared all rounds of google interviews and received an "offer review packet" form to fill. The role is for Google Cloud Platform ( GCP).
At this stage, am I selected for sure? What are the chances that my selection will be challenged by the Hiring Committee, and that I will be dropped i.e. No Offer?

Arguably, and depending who you talk to, HC is the hardest step to pass. So no you’re not selected for sure. The offer review packet is just a formality to be honest.

I have also cleared the first round for GCP in Google. Any inputs/tips for the second and further rounds, that would really help!!! Also, please share your experience throughout the process if possible.

How many rounds?
Including phone screening round, total 4 rounds. After the 4 rounds, a Hiring Committee meeting takes place which finally decides hire, no hire or hold.
My experience was great, all interviewers and recruiters were very supportive, and interview questions were interesting .
