I recently got selected at Mphasis, and before rolling out the offer letter, they are asking for confirmation regarding a 5-days work-from-office (WFO) requirement for the JPMC client. I wanted to check if anyone can provide some insights or suggestions regarding this. Is JPMC strictly following a 5-days WFO policy, or is there any flexibility?
I would really appreciate if any guidance from those who have faced a similar situation.

I think it’s over with my SO of 3 years. He tells me he loves me and wants to work things through but has lied to me several times in the past - some which were the same mistake three times. Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?
