im facing issues as my previous employer (Accenture) is not updating doj and doe of eps in the portal and below is what happened so far.

My PF transfer was rejected by the PF field office, stating that Accenture (my previous employer) has not updated the Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Exit (DOE) for EPS. I contacted Accenture and requested them to update the details and share the Annexure K copy by raising a ticket through their payroll portal.

I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

Can someone explain how billable hours work?
