Hi all, I'm really interested in getting a new role as a Salesforce Dev this year but I'm not seeing a lot of open positions. I have 2YOE and 2 certs. I'm feeling underwhelmed with the amount of open positions I'm seeing, any job hunt advice? Happy new year

Say you have an offer for Senior Test Engineer and SDET (not senior).
Compensation is same. Both the companies are good.

Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?
