Hi all, I've recently joined this group in the hopes to return to SAP projects. I've been away from SAP for three years now and I want to return with my enhanced Project and Program Management skills. I've worked in SAP for 15 years and have engaged in SAP projects throughout my career, however, I've never led an End to End SAP, S/4Hana or other full project management implementation nor migration. I need to correctly position myself and promote my skills, knowledge and experience.

I joined TCS 2 days back. Today I got the better offer from Deloitte. What should I do? Should I resign from TCS and joined Deloitte or stay with the TCS.

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?
