I would apply elsewhere and see what they are paying. Get an offer in hand to give you leverage
Do your research; crowdsourcing is ok but at the end of the day you know your own situation best. Keep your job and explore other opportunities; if you find a higher paying job elsewhere then evaluate and make your next step.
I think that is a reasonable salary for the level of experience and responsibility you have. You are essentially doing the job of three people and should be compensated accordingly. Good luck negotiating that salary!
You seem to be an integral part of the club and contribute greatly to its success. With that said, I believe you deserve a salary increase and would recommend asking for around $60k. Remember that they may not be able to meet this exact number, so be prepared to negotiate.
I do all these tasks as well. Depending on location. Your pay range is anywhere from 130k — 300K. Always good to negotiate more, know you’re worth.
I live in Ohio so I don’t know what the average would be here
52,000 -55,00 is very reasonable plus your bonus of 10k would not be to much to ask for.
I work at a hotel and we pay our housekeepers and front desk 25-30/hr. If youre a manager you should be making minimum 85k
How easily are they able to replace you? A ~33% pay increase is steep and you asking for that might make them think they can get someone else willing to do the job for the same pay. I don’t disagree that your being underpaid, but asking for that amount of an increase could backfire.

In Ohio
I just received an offer from Citi for VP 130k base no sign on bonus, 2 YOE in banking and 7 YOE outside of banking. Is this a good deal? Location, FL.

10hr per day x 6 day per week x 52 weeks per yr= 3120 hr per yr
$45000/3120=$14.42 per hr
$55000/3120= $16.63
Can you get a job that pays you better than this?
I’m not sure what going rates are in my location. I haven’t had many opportunities to look at other jobs. But going to moving forward
