For the Deputy Manager designation:
What is the typical annual hike range during appraisals (average vs high performer)?
What % of variable pay / AIP is realistically paid out at this level in recent cycles?
Any impact of joining mid-year on hike or bonus eligibility?
Not looking for offer negotiations—just trying to understand actual ground reality vs market perception.

Hello everyone, I'm a cs grad student graduating in may making a career transition from mechanical eng to cs. I had an internship but its been hard to find a fulltime dev role. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. Please provide your valuable insights.
