Also, a point being highlighted in interviews is that I've spent just 1 yr in Accenture and 1.6 yrs before that with another organisation. Does this hamper my power to bargain?
(However, I started my career with TCS and stayed with them for 6.5 yrs)

Reason for switch: Better roles/responsibilities and of course better compensation.

Have interviews set up at FAANG co and getting good signals, for a position that was posted widely (all across US) but not remote. Haven’t broached the subject of location yet. I've heard that last year was rough but in general its good. Is that true?

I'm joining next month. Can i expect an annual hike of 10℅+ and bonus > 10℅ (which is target VP at my rank, 42) going forward?? Or is this unrealistic?

I know that it comes down to individual performance and other business factors. But still, could you all pls advise me so that i can know what to expect.
