My profile was shortlisted approximately 2 weeks ago and I had my HR discussion. They have been telling that my profile has been sent for approval from Business team. Till yesterday, my profile status was "shortlisted" but now it is showing "parked". Any idea what does it mean ? Can I expect an offer letter from Mindtree and if yes, how long does it take generally ? Mindtree

I've attended LTTS interview, cleared technical and HR round. It's been 2 weeks they didn't released the offer yet.
When I asked the HR, He's saying like we've passed on to the next process.

Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.
