Hi all, my wife and I have our AOS pending (current) but have our EAD Parole card issued to us. Our stamped visa has now expired as well. I heard folks entering on EAD have to go through a secondary inspection process. Can someone elaborate what this is and the documentation I need to carry?

I asked if I can pay for premium processing since the Texas processing center takes 11-13.5 months but I am not sure it will be worth it if the I-485 takes a long time. Thanks!

EY just initiated my PERM process. Am I required to stay with the firm for certain amount of time once after my I140 comes through? Or can I leave EY soon after?
