I have a offer of deloitte and was waiting to complete my BGV. Initially the recruiter keep postponing the joining date when i asked him. Now he says that my most recent company BGV is red & they may have not responded to BGV mail, I checked with HR & she responded it on the same day of receiving the mail. What could be the potential reason for red flag? Would this revoke the offer, as its been almost a month i am afraid how will i justify this if i interview with others?

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ?
