Need help. I have recently joined a company and working for a banking client. We have product owner from client side and I am the offshore BA. It has been 4 weeks now and I haven't had an opportunity to do any substantial work. Even the user stories are written by product owner. The product owner does not assign any work to me directly,inspite of asking repeatedly. What should I do in this scenario?

I have a client who needs a 401k, or a solo retirement account w loan options. When I was at UBS/Ameriprise, it was no issue but now it seems tougher to find a firm that does solo 401k as a RIA's.

I work as the only associate on deals for one “smaller” (still by no means small) client that intentionally doesn’t invite me to calls or tells me before hand to not join so they don’t have to pay for two lawyers. Ladies, how do you take care of yourself when you fly? Specifically as it relates to skin care and bloating. My body is super temperamental so when I travel anywhere, my face breaks out like crazy, including painful cysts. My whole body swells up with about 10lbs of bloat. As a result, I just feel miserable the whole time and when I get home. I drink water but is there anything I can do to prevent these things?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
