I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
So when I will get my variable pay of last year as my performance cycle is still not closed.

I have got offer from HCL - E2 band (Tech lead) 17lpa. Could I further negotiate with them to get my package inflated?
