Recently I have cleared interview in TCS and I had a telephonic discussion with HR where I asked for 21 CTC but HR is saying he can do max 20 CTC. (Including 80k as retention bonus + 10% VP)

Can you please help me to understand what will be my in hand salary if I accept the offer ? Or shall I ask for more before accepting the offer letter ?

Total YOE - 7.5 years
Tech - Java, Microservices, Cloud
Current salary - 14.5 CTC

Hi what is an acceptable salary range for an associate director in biotech( +10 y experience)

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

I have an interview tomorrow to work at a fintech startup. I'm slightly worried as I'm not sure what it'll be like working While they use functional programming which I enjoy, I'm concerned about how much pressure I'll be under.

What is it like working at a fintech company? Is the salary at a fintech company typically higher than other tech jobs? It'll be higher than gamedev, but just wanted to learn about whether the pressure will be worth it eventually etc.

Anyone have one of those cushy jobs that isn’t fast paced and actually has some level of work life balance but also pays decently? I’m tired of busting my ass and churning out work, being burnt out, with no end in sight.
I’m ready to switch industries or anything to have things be more relaxed - I just can’t take a pay cut. Any advice or ideas aside from accepting the slow death of being overworked forever?

What is the average pay for IT Technical Support Market?

Anyone here choose between A&M, Alix, and some other usual suspect consulting companies? What made you pick A&M? Do employees generally tend to stick around? How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising?
