I recently transitioned from a small, boutique agency to a global agency — meaning I went from being on an account team of 2, to being on a team of 10+. I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

At a dead end and don't know what to do besides stop! I've been job searching everyday, some days several hours for 8 months straight. I have about 100 different resumes that I've edited for different type of positions. I've got nothing but denials, recruiter screenings, 2 interviews and ghosted. Seeking direction in selecting the most cost effective and fastest route to become an MLS. I have a international STEM BSc (2014), 3 years of research lab experience, 1 year hospital lab experience and 2.5 years veterinary diagnostics experience. I live in Michigan and was told by two schools that my credits have to be less than five years old but I think they are trying to get me to pay more by staying in school for four years. Have you ever been racially discriminated against in a personal healthcare situation/not at work? While you were ill or in the hospital? Obviously horrible when it happens to anyone but it takes the cake for me when white people in healthcare discriminate about Black people when they don't know they work in the same field and know how they should be treated.
