I applied for a role in a Svc based company and got through.I resigned quoting a genuine reason that the new position will offer me learning in Tech XYZ. Resignation was accepted. After few days top boss offered me to move to a diff team using the same Tech XYZ and match the salary.Dilemna is to leave or stay .I feel guilty as either case i will have to break someones trust.I am super happy with current company but new company might offer new challenges.Both seem equal now.
