Why I am getting this error while login in Accenture career portal?

I had attended Accenture interview in Feb this year but it didn't go well as I was given interview in different area than I worked on. Now, I am fully prepared but getting this error. Can some please help me what is the cooling period and how to resolve this issue?

Anyone have situational depression? Can’t stop beating myself up over a decision a year ago. Basically missed out on a massive amount of money. I know this seems trite and i never even cared thatt much about money before this year.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
