I got an offer from axtria for senior associate with 18+2 LPA . I’m having 2.5 years of experience with 17 LPA in my current company. Is it worth to switch to Axtria? I want to know particularly the growth in forecasting at axtria and work culture and the offer they made

I know this question may sound dumb but How do you quit? See, if I didn’t like my supervising partner, I would not care. I would just submit my two-week notice but I truly like my supervising partner and I know quitting will be a shock and disappointment to her. I don’t care for the firm, in that I have no attachments or substantive relationships but I do care about my supervising partner and her feelings🙃

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.
