I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..
Questions -
Have I been low balled?

Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Thanks for the responses.. Also can some one confirm why HRA is not mentioned as the part of fixed monthly components. Actually trying to figure out the fixed monthly salary/ components.
HRA is never part of fixed. Look at HRA like tax saving option
Also got another offer from TCS for 14 LPA
Please suggest which one to join TCS or Wipro

Another Recruiter said Wipro has given me good salary on paper but the fixed component is quite less
may be thats why they don't mention the monthly breakup of the salary
1L after tax every month except quaterly variable pay month and around 1.2l in the variable pay month.
Ask for B3 band. For your experience your are eligible for that.
