I have applied to various positions in amazon and i nevwr got an interview call. I have tried referral also but still i never got single interview call. The jd is suitable for my profile. Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. Sometime it shows my profile is under consideration then it gets rejected. How can i make it to amazon ?

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
