I have one offer of 20 LPA ( 18 Fixed + 6% bonus + Employer PF ) + 1 Lakh joining bonus.
It's a product based company and I am interested in joining them.
My other offers are in the pipeline from Optum, EPAM in competition with the current offer.

If they provide 20 Fixed or 21 or 22 Fixed
Does the in-hand Salary increase or only some whar considering 30% tax bracket.

My experience is 3.9 YOE and Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker
