Infosys: 9.6 LPA (10% Variable included) - Job Level 4 - Senior Consultant
Capgemini: 11 LPA Fixed - B2 Consultant
YOE: 4.3

CCTC: 4.6 LPA
Tech: SAP SD Functional

Now should I join Capgemini or Infosys (considering I'll be getting 20-22k Less per month in Infy) and what are the chances Infy HR might reconsider on negotiation with counter offer as there is 1 week left in my NP and 3 week until Infy DOJ.

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

I am fine w/ paying but I was hoping the gesture would at least be presented… am I crazy?

Infosys Or Wipro - having the same offer around 12 lpa

Which of the above organization will be a better for learning and growing opportunity as a ServiceNow Developer? Which one of the above is better?

1st company - marketplace technologies (21 months)
2nd company - questec consultancy (8 months)
2 years break -full time MBa from tier 3 (alliance university)
3rd company - trimax IT infrastructure (17months) left due to late salaries
4th company - accenture ( 4.2 years )
5th company - wipro ( joined on feb 28th-2022)

Is it okay to take leaves during probation in Infosys consulting? The offer letter does mention 4 leaves per quarter.

I'm joining during in October and thought I could take a week off for Christmas. Not sure if they have a concept of block leaves during Christmas though.
