Welp. Had an interview scheduled for this morning for 30 mins. I join the webex & nothing. I email the recruiter after 15 mins and get a response saying the interviewer had something come up and would like to reschedule. Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . Should I be asking for more $? Thoughts on the offer and how much more $ I should be asking for ? Current location is kinda irrelevant since I will be working remotely.
