My main reason for doing this is because I don’t feel valued at my current firm and the pay at the competitor is substantially more. This obviously is not something I can say at my interview. 1) FT in Industry, Sr. Mgr. in SF. $150K ($158K w/ 401K match) + 10% Bonus
