I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. 28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..

I am in a functional role where I need to work mostly on ppt, finding insights and a lil bit of cognos, SQL and python.
I have knowledge of data engineering and ml as well but not used in my role.
The most important factor is I am saving more than 2 lakhs pm in the role as it's onsite. Do you recommend to search for opportunities or continue in the functional role?

Hello fishes, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company). it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th

any suggestions what to do?
