How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?

I'm trying for a switch in a SDET role, but now my current company is offering me the role of a Product Manager. Can anyone share your thoughts on what should I do?
