Is commute from herndon(near frying pan road) to ft Belvoir or mead or crystal city or DC really bad? I have some offers but from Google maps it says up to 50 mins one way... not sure if it's too much... but the pay is decent
I do have ts sci with ci poly and have Java experience. Ideally maybe Reston, chantilly,herndon, Fairfax best spots...30 min or so commute. Looking around 200

Currently I have 6.5 years of experience, completed 2 years in current organisation and I got very good hike also (after hike CTC is 24 LPA )

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. Hi I am through the technical interview for Oracle fusion middleware admin position, with 3.2 years experience. Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA.
