TCS would offer the best stability, however the yoy hike will be less, you will feel the pain within 2 years. I assume you are looking for some what long term commitment, then TCS is not a pay master here. You can explore other options and then come back with better hike.

Honesty even if you consider the current hikes as salary bubble don't you think 15 lakh is too low for almost a 10 yoe person? This will also include variable pay.

I have worked in TCS for 5+ years, my experience was bad no wlb in my projects, politics, pathetic mid senior management, no hike, no promotion on time, high level politics for on-site, nonsense dress code, gender biased (women politics). good health insurance, Job security ok.

Go for Wipro, they are doing well these days. Besides they are paying the most

Wipro....If you go for TCS you will be 5 yrs behind in your package

Considered the package and every thing else go with Wipro. It will be a good option.

Wipro might be better than Tcs, may be job security is better but u tcs work culture is the worst....after 6 years of service finally leaving tcs this week, been to 3 projects and in all projects experience is not that good...not sure about Wipro...but heard some good things, and lesser internal politics than TCS.
