I have gone through lot of posts in Glassdoor where existing employees are not happy with increments and slow growth.

When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got.
