Is there any path for us in this group to get in MBB? Has anyone done it?

Folks at MBB, does your Bschool matter internally for promotion considerations/ staffings? Or is it all purely performance based. I know this sounds like a silly question but really want to understand if HBS vs a T10 school makes a difference once you are in MBB

Does anyone know if you can turn down an acceptance from HSW without hurting your chances of getting in the next year? Or alternatively is there any chance of getting them to let you defer for a year? Currently at MBB debating if I should apply this year given I might be interested in trying out a startup for a year before b school

What type of corporate role in pharma/life science would value a PhD (engineering, but not bio)? First job after PhD was 2 years of MBB generalist experience. Exited to a role with a lot of sales/purchasing/supply chain MBAs, but don’t feel like I’m leveraging my academic background.

Why aren’t there many ex MBB folks at Salesforce in the US?
