I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

Capital One Savor has pretty good cash back benefits. 4% on dining, entertainment, and streaming services; 3% on groceries
It depends..what are your high spend categories? How much do you spend on business travel vs personal travel? Do you prefer cash back to miles? Do you like paying annual fees or prefer no fee cards? Do you travel internationally and looking for a no foreign transaction fee card?

AmEx Blue Cash Everyday or Preferred. Pure cash back, good grocery percentage back. Not hard to cover the annual fee on the Preferred either.
The CSR is a travel card but it has a near historic high SUB. You can take those points and use them how you please.
However, if you're looking to get a CC to hold a balance with low interest, you're not going to find a card with perks.
United Explorer, Marriott Boundless.
