I have received an offer from EPAM Systems, but I did not have any client interview round. I got the offer right after the techno managerial round. There is no mention of the project in the offer letter as well. Will I have another round after joining? and if I don't clear that will I be asked to resign?
If yes, can I ask the HR to schedule that before my joining?

U ll be given 2 months of time to clear client interviews and get yourself a project.. Then, u ll be asked to leave.. Also, I think u know it already.. Epam is a hire and fire company.. People use epam offer just as a counter offer..
1. Yes client interviews happen for all projects
2. Pay range for senior roles can go up to 25 LPA.. few niche skills might get more but depends on the client demand
3. You will get 3-4 chances to clear client interviews.. after that you will be asked to leave.
I was in the same situation as you a few months back.
I joined another organisation, and didn't join the epam. I too saw that epam client interviews are difficult and they have bad bench policies. But I could be wrong, saw all these on the internet.

Epam is a good company if you have good offer join them, interviews are generally ok not very tough and also it depends on the interviewer.
Mine PI and CI round was not that hard, if you are able to clear EPAM interview rounds then you can clear them.
Project may be short term, but they give you enough chances and on bench as well they will give 4-6 months sometimes and in these months you will give 6-8 interview.

How was your techno managerial round and after how many days you were informed you clear it and when did you get offer letter after that?please help with the info
1. If you clear the technical round, then your techno managerial round shouldn't be that tough
2. Regarding the final decision, if the role that you applied for is a hot job, then expect to receive the offer letter within a week. (Assumption you cleared the round)
3. If it's not a hot job or they got another better candidate for the role, then don't expect any response from HR. you might need to reach out to them after a week to know the result.
4. Sometimes even though you cleared the round, they will keep your offer on hold because of multiple reasons like-
a. position might go on hold
b. your expectations are high and above their pay bracket
c. Got a better candidate
