3.2 years exp professional at infy, got new opportunity as a program manager at TATA COMMUNICATIONS. I received an outstanding rating recently waiting for the next good hike. Do i need to accept this new offer or decline for a good infy hike? Even I'm not privileged to be jobless. (breadwinner for my family).

Please suggest. Thank you so much. Tata communication CTC is around 4.5 to 5 LPA. Currently, I'm getting a 3.8 LPA. Please suggest.

Hi Fishes, Had salary discussion today with TCS HR but he stated that he would seek approval and approval takes 8 days for my expected CTC and for the designation, so is there any hope that they will offer or it's a waste of time waiting for them

Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?
