I have 07 years of professional experience in external auditing, financial and cost accounting. My last job was as an auditor in Morison Muscat Chartered Accountants(member firm of Morison Global) providing professional services (accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting). Based in Philadelphia but open to relocate.

How do I work 55-60 hour weeks and have 50 percent utilization?

Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

How easy is it to move from an investment bank firm to a tech company?

Leaving Amazon saved my life. I spent over seven years at the company and after about 6 months I began experiencing a lot of stress-related things like hair falling out, tension in my marriage etc. All that is gone now. I feel so free.
