Due to a sudden issue im shifting to a different area (3 Km from my current location) in the same city. I have completed most of the background verification where we confirm our live location and everything and it won't effect my commute much either but the question is will it effect my joining date if I inform an HR regarding the relocation?

Hi guys! Question about intuition here.

Sometimes you think of an idea or concept, and you just know. You know it's great, you know it could be groundbreaking. However, "just knowing" obviously isn't good enough of a reason to convince the client. I'm a junior, so maybe this is something that will come with experience. But how do you find the words to substantiate this feeling? Is it reasoning backwards? Is it working together with a great strategist? How do you sell it? Fire away!

I’m honestly tired of being at an agency and not feeling as fulfilled as I used with strategy as a career. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

How can i get my entire relocation allowance, as I would be shifting from Pune to Banglore and company is offering me 1.5Lac for relocation.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
