One of my friends got an offer letter from HCL , and no ctc or breakup mentioned. They stated that X lpa is confirmed and will get the offer breakup and details on day of joining, to prevent counter games. HR also states that , this is their updated process.
Is this true? Can such an offer letter be accepted?
