I am trying to join Jp from last 1 year in Finance Planning and Business Management. I have given few interviews last year, everything went well for 2 openings, buy at the last minute they sent rejection email stating they are going with someone else.

I am again reached out for an interview in Finance Planning and Business Management for Corp Functions. Can anyone suggest from that team on what needs to be done to get selected?

Offered: 24.5 lpa fixed + 3.65 lacs joining bonus + 27% variable at Accenture
Joining location is Kolkata while project assigned is based at Hyderabad.
Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?
