I completed my Final HR round of interview in Airbus Friday last week, but yet to receive any confirmation of the offer or any offer letter.

How much time does Airbus take to release the final offer letter ?

Also, there was no negotiation done in the HR round, I was just asked my expectations. Yesterday I asked HR team to update , they mentioned they have sent my profile to HR head to review & will revert by Mon EOD!

I'm afraid, if they kept my profile on hold ?Visa

How is WLB in synechron for UBS client? Also any suggestions are welcome regarding organisation as I’m yet to decide whether I’ll join or not as I have couple or other options but synechron is paying most.

I already did the pre interview call, assessment, technical phone interview with director and now am invited for the (I believe final) on-site virtual interview for a quality assurance engineer I role.
