Hi everyone I got an offer from EY India . I wanted to know the salary structure because in my offer letter they have not mentioned Gratuity, medical insurance and the percentage or amount of performance bonus. So all these components are included in the Total compensation mentioned or they are above the compensation mentioned . Please take a look at ss.








Gratuity will be out of this and should be mentioned in offer.. please read it completely and somewhere they mention it.else check with HR once. Also there will be a bonus component that will be paid .. if you joining in march still you may recieve partial bonus depending on if you were able to get into a project and become eligible by the time.. usually July and August is when bonusbis paid usually..
Yeah I was speaking about appraisal cycle completion.. but yes am new and I was told cycle completes in August and after that bonus is paid.. is that true?

Please try & renegotiate, the offer is less, freshers are being offered 9 to 10L now.
Please check notes right below this salary structure there must be mention of gratuity and medical insurance i.e.:
1. You'll be eligible for gratuity as per the payment of gratuity act...
2. You'll be covered under organization's group mediclaim policy. However you can check the exact coverage, available top up options with HR.
3. Usually EY (India LLP) doesn't mention bonus component in offer letter but it somewhere lies from 0% to 15% in average scenario. If you're exception performer and your partner overall is performing very well you can get 18-20% as well in your annual bonus. This totally depends on your partner.
Yes u r right these same points are mentioned. I just want to make sure that gratuity , insurance and bonus are above the compensation mentioned in ss? And from the compensation mentioned in ss only PF and tax would be deducted right??
