I have an Infosys interview tomorrow, and I was informed that the first round will be conducted by an AI interviewer.

Has anyone recently gone through this process? What kind of questions were asked? Were they mostly technical, HR, aptitude, or coding-related? Any tips or suggestions would be really helpful.

Why is it that when ever I look at “entry level” jobs in IT they always want 2-4 years of experience. It’s entry level that means maybe some certifications if they didn’t major in the field or a degree in the field. Not 2-4 years already working in the field. Can someone please explain this to me?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
