I have an M.Tech in Automotive Engineering and 2 years of experience as a Computer Vision Engineer. After a 2 yr career break due to Maternity, I’m planning to return to work but considering a shift to either Business Analyst or SAP Consultant roles.
Given current market trends, which path would offer better job opportunities and career growth?
Or should I look for opportunity in my pervious domain itself. Any suggestions or insights would be really helpful thanks

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

My friend bought a nice condominium and his agent assured him that it had a garage. AFTER he signed the papers and moved in, the neighbors told him that the unit does not come with a garage. Can he sue the agent? He feels ripped off.

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested. They are saying they will have to do special PGT tests if we are carriers of the same disorder. I am confused. I thought this type of testing was optional and usually recommended if you are using a donor. My guess is that they are booked and pushing me to the Jan cycle. Thoughts?
