I have been working as PMO analyst in ITSM company. Overall experience 3.6 years. I have been facing challenges in making a switch or is it the case that PMO analyst jobs are not in demand. I am thinking to change my profile to project manager. Which profile has more scope and growth. Could you please suggest me ?

Can I start learning DSA using JavaScript to get into product based company from service based ? Or I need to learn other language first like C or Java and then learn DSA in that ? I am working as a Frontend developer so I already have knowledge of JS. Please suggest how to proceed ?

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

Hi All, just sharing what on mind to vent it out from my system. Maybe with this I could gain some insights and inspiration.
I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.

As a (class of 2020) second year whose several classmates from different groups are already thinking about leaving/going to other firms, should I explore other options too? Don’t know if they’re being dramatic about how bad it is or if I’m just drinking the koolaid in my group?

Best moves after becoming PMM? I've been in the role for 4-5 years now but looking to really challenge myself - I am not sure what the next leap would be other than moving into leadership or starting my own company. Thoughts?

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

I’ve been building book in a bank branch but the consumer bank side of the job is draining. I’m making $155k total, $75k of that is salary. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
