Hi Everyone, I have one question regarding WFH policy in Infosys. My colleague who is currently working in Infosys, he used to do wfh even before COVID era, because of project requirements. He has evening shift ( 2 am IST - 11 pm IST) and handles two projects. Now, starting from last 1-2 weeks, his manager is asking to join office for at least 10 days a month. But it will be very difficult to handle the evening shift in this way. Manager says speak to HR regarding this. What to do? Plz help.

Does anyone have any ideas on an app to use for communicating with parents? I've googled so much and there are so many. Any thoughts would be helpful, but keep in mind I am a Preschool teacher!! Thanks in advance 😁

What is the average salary for an Account Manager position? For context, the agency is 100% remote and doesn’t base salary based on the employee’s location. Was originally told $80k but was then informed the recruiter made a mistake and that it will likely be mid-70s at the highest.
