I have received offer from HCL, accepted the offer through mail as I cant find link to accept the offer through IONBOARD, communicated the same to HR. In IONBAORD I submitted the all documents for BGV 10 days back. How do I know whether BGV is cleared and recruiter clearance is pending . Is there any issue or is it completely normal?

I got offer as Associate (Technology) from pwc. Can I extend my joining date for 3-4 weeks?

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. Should I stay it out and wait for TC to align or take the promotion and jump ship bc I will likely get paid more elsewhere given how recruiters/other companies eat up hiring recently promoted ppl from other firms?

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
