Kind souls who successfully exited to Google,
Would you be kind enough to refer me to a role at Google!
Came across a role that's a good fit. Would ideally like to target it through a referral and not by applying through the career site.
Would also love to maybe take you for a meal or alike to thank you for it :) Google

After L2 they reached out to me in 3 days with verbal confirmation of selection. Then HR round happened on salary negotiation. Still not received the offer letter. Not sure about their process

Still you want to join this unorganised company? Infosys is lot better than this company and also you are downgrading yourself company wise if coming from infosys.
Infy is much better than LTI. Back in 2018, I was with Infosys and working in multi vendor client. LTI was one among them and during my interaction with them, I have observed that the seniors used to ill treat the juniors and they call their bosses as Sir. No calling by their name. Also they were not even allowed to use WebEx( those days it was very famous like teams today). They need to raise a ticket for a single usage and it goes for approval. Such was the kind of work culture those days.
