I recently joined Wipro in the AI Solutions department at the B2 band. I have a question regarding my compensation: after receiving Wipro's offer, my current CTC is ~5*YOE (I currently have 5.6 years of experience). I understand that I won’t receive any hikes in the coming year (2025), but I’m wondering if I will be eligible for a hike afterward, or if it might be skipped due to my relatively high CTC.

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again..
